The Challenge
Most AI support tools are black boxes: you can't see how a suggested reply was generated, and switching AI providers means a painful data migration. We wanted our flagship product to prove a more transparent, flexible approach was possible — and to be the platform we'd actually recommend to clients.
The Solution
We built SupportFlow as a fully AI-native support platform from the ground up: an AI Copilot that drafts reply suggestions grounded in a company's own knowledge base using retrieval-augmented generation, a public widget API so any business can embed AI-assisted support on their site in minutes, and multi-provider embeddings so teams can switch between OpenAI and Google models without a rebuild.
